You can delete a payout by selecting the payout in the vendor's payout section or in your storewide payouts section and selecting "delete payout." The orders included in this payout will be displayed as unpaid commission in your vendor's commissions tab. 

Please note that payouts made via PayPal are transferred instantaneously. To retrieve those funds back you will need to either contact your consignor or PayPal directly.
