I have connected to PayPal, but my payments aren't going through.

I have connected to PayPal, but my payments aren't going through.

Below are the most common causes of payments not going through:

  1. Your live PayPal API key and secret are invalid.
  2. You have sandbox mode enabled in your PayPal settings of our app. To submit real payments this will need to be disabled.
  3. Your PayPal account is not enabled to send payouts. Please refer to our PayPal tutorial in our help desk. 
  4. Your vendor does not have a PayPal email saved in their settings. 
  5. The "use PayPal" option isn't checked while making a payout. 
  6. There are not enough funds in your PayPal account to cover the payout.
