Can I reverse a commission paid to a vendor when a product is returned/refunded?
If you have already performed a payout for a product that is returned/refunded, the best way to adjust this is by adding a "custom item" on the vendor page. You can set the "custom item" as a negative value which will deduct from the next payout you perform for that vendor and compensate you for the returned/refunded item. Please refer to our tutorial on adding adding a custom item for more information.
